Kittens are available from time to time (generally summer and fall), so please check for availability and please be patient when waiting for a special kitten to become a loving member of your family. This kitten will live with you for a long time so you must take care and time in choosing the right kitten for you. From time to time, I will have beautiful adult Silver Persians (retired show kitties) available for adoption as spoiled pets. If you see a kitty on my website that you absolutely adore, I may be looking for a special home for that kitty to "retire" to, so speak up! Mr. Majestic and Good Golly Miss Molly's mom is CH Dalee Glory Be, a lovely Shaded Silver Persian and Apple Brown Bette's mom is CH Dalee Angel's Whisper of Wyndcreste, a beautiful Shaded Silver Persian. I place most of my kittens at about four months of age with a strict spay/neuter agreement. It is my experience that kittens are not really ready to go to their new homes until they are close to 16 weeks of age. I have found that they need time to play and learn proper kitty behavior with their litter brothers and sisters. From about eight weeks until about 16 weeks old they are far more interested in playing with their brothers and sisters than me, and then they start competing for my attention and that is when they are ready to go to their new homes. On occasion I will place a kitten with a small but experienced breeder who is well known for taking exceptional care of their cats and kittens and has an accomplished show history, particularly if the kitten has show potential.

Obtain your baby or adult kitty only from an experienced and accomplished exhibitor as they can properly assess the quality of your kitten/cat. Often I see others that have very limited experience and do not show, touting poor quality kittens as "show" quality available for huge prices, so be careful! Show kitties are like rare jewels and are highly prized and generally kept by the breeder. Most kittens born are not "Show Kittens" but are beautiful nevertheless and make awesome (spayed and neutered) pets!

Please beware of breeders advertising "Doll Faced” Persians or "Tea Cup" Persians for sale as this terminology is just a sales trick used by back yard breeders (BYB). These people do not breed to meet the CFA or TICA standard and do not breed to show their cats. These people are commercial breeders breeding only to profit monetarily from the sales of their kittens--this is not a hobby for these people (as it is for reputable Breeders) instead, it is a commercial enterprise. Some of these BYB's also advertise "Rare" colors, which is another ploy to raise the price.

A good quality kitten bought from a reputable breeder that breeds to improve the bloodline, after careful study of pedigrees and years in the show hall, is usually priced between $500 and $800, so please be careful and buy only from a reputable breeder--this will save you from making an expensive and heart-breaking experience. Additionally, please consider the fact that all airlines shipping animals specify the animal must be at least 4 months old--this is for the health and well-being of the animal. Airline flight is extremely stressful and certainly one would not put a human baby on a flight unattended so please do not consider doing so with a precious baby animal.
