President and Treasurer, Sally Daniels of Shadedknoll Silver Persians is located in Santa Rosa, California, north of San Francisco. I specialize in colorbred silver Persians that come from Top CFA winning lines. All my cats live a life uncaged and get daily love and attention. All my cats have excellent veterinary care and tons of love from myself and my husband of 39 years. I have been breeding silver Persians and showing them for 25 years.

I have belonged to Call of The Wild Cat Fanciers for 19 years, and before that our club was called North Bay Cat Fanciers and I belonged to that club for 7 years. I have held every office and currently am President and show manager of Call of The Wild Cat Fanciers. The Call of the Wild Cat Fanciers put on one of the largest shows in Northern California. I am also President of Franciscan Silver Golden Fanciers and have been show manager for that club as well I have also held every office as I have been a member of Franciscan's since 1980. I currently am Vice President of United Silver Golden Fancier's which is a world wide club,and members receive a quarterly magazine. Vice President, Kathy Zennaiter of Silver Estate Silver Persians lives in Morgan Hill, California, South of San Francisco.

Silver Estate established in 1986, is a small cattery and we do not cage our cats. What is most important to our breeding program is good health and personality. We love to keep the sweet expression to the silvers and yet have the type that is needed for showing. My favorite is the chinchilla silvers, for which Silver Estate is well known for in our lines. We only have a few litters a year so my family and I can spend lots of time loving my babies and make sure they have that sweet personality that goes with their sweet looks.

Secretary, Pamela Hill of Echo Hill Exotics lives in Lafayette, California, east of San Francisco. In 1973, I purchased a silver Persian female as a pet for my daughter, who wanted a "show kitty". She actually won a few ribbons, and we loved her dearly. She left us at the ripe old age of 21. She only had 1 litter, but that stimulated my interest. On the other hand, my daughter became interested in boys, so her participation waned. I met Dorie Weston, of Walnut Hill fame, who became a good friend and I acquired a few Walnut Hill kitties. Our cattery name was Ahna. In 1987, I bought a silver exotic male from Pahlewi, remarried, moved and changed my cattery name to Echo Hill. A busy year! Since then I have focused on silver exotics. Although the cattery is a hobby, it is a demanding one. Our cats are cherished members of our family. We have 3-5 litters a year. Soon I will have 33 years of participation in the cat fancy. Wyndcreste is a very small cattery and my cats and kittens have run of my home and are not caged. My kittens are extremely well socialized, healthy and very loving and affectionate. All Wyndcreste adult kitties tested are negative for PKD. I am a very active exhibitor and promoter of the Silver and Golden Persian Division; a member of the CFA Breed Counsel; active contributor to the United Silver Fancier's Quarterly magazine; as well as an Officer/member of the USF, Franciscan Silver and Golden Fanciers and Dixieland Silver and Golden Fanciers. Boardmember, Ardell Sims of Dazzle-M Silver and Golden Persians and Exotics. We are a small cattery located near Sacramento, California. Breeding and showing exclusively silver and golden persian and exotics since 1994. The goal in my breeding program is to produce healthy well socialized cats that equal and exceed the persian and exotic standard set by CFA, and to preserve the silver and golden coat color, eye color and type. Each persian and exotic that I include in my breeding program has been selected based on their personalities as well as their show pedigrees. Boardmember, Wanda Roe of Roehaven Silver Persians and founder of Persian and Himalyan Rescue. Many years ago she fell in love with the ethereal beauty of Silver Persians and bred for many years, Roehaven being her cattery name. In the intrim, she started a thriving pet grooming business and about at the same time retired from breeding; however she has always maintained a love and devotion to our lovely Silver and Golden Persians.

In 1990, a Persian cat named "Rudy" was left at her cat grooming shop. The caregiver did not return for Rudy. So, Wanda found a new home for Rudy with one of her grooming clients. Having been able to place Rudy so quickly, Wanda thought of Maureen Munns, who ran Persian Rescue in Livermore, and offered to place some of her Persian Rescues.Wanda and Maureen worked together until the late '90's, when Maureen retired from Rescue. At that time, most of the cats in Rescue were housed and adopted at Wanda's in Mill Valley, CA. In the ensuing years Wanda has devoted much energy and enthusiam into building Persian and Himalayan Rescue, getting the cast aside or abandoned kitties the veterinary care they need and finding and placing them in loving and devoted homes. Member, Dave Hill of Aghouse Silver Persians located in Modesto, California, which is located in the Central Valley area of California. Dave and his wife Kim fell in love with Silver Persians in the very early 1980s and purchased their first Silver Harry of Aghouse. They enjoyed showing him in numerous competitions at the time and they enjoyed breeding their first litters. However, their lovely daughters Brittany and Kendall were born, so their hobby of showing and breeding cats was put on hold. As the last daughter of Harry of Aghouse crossed the Rainbow bridge and now that their daughters are now teenagers, Kim and Dave thought it time to look into breeding and showing once again and purchased Wyndcreste Renaissance. Reina as she is known had a lovely litter of four kittens and they kept one Aghouse Bella. Dave also serves as a sports coach for his daughter's many team sports. Email

Member, Marta Wacek of Limeridge Silver Persians located in Concord, California,which is east of SanFranciso. Marta bred Silvers and Solid color persians for many years. Her line Limeridge, can be found behind many lovely Silvers, Exotics and Solids pedigrees today. Many Limerige cats can be found behind many of Pam Hill's lovely exotics and CH Limeridge Starry nights of Wyndcreste sired several Wyndcreste Grandchampions.

Marta retired from breeding cats in 2000 and began persuing her love of Pekingese Dogs and enjoys traveling to shows throughout the State and beyond showing her adorable dogs. Member, Elisa Ledwon of Eliszkatz Silver Persians located in Cupertino, California, just south of San Francisco. Elisa has been breeding Silver Persians since 1992. Her line Eliszkatz, can be found behind many lovely Silvers pedigrees today. Elisa has her hands full raising a family of three lovely children with her husband Stan.

As Elisa has returned to the work force as a Reliability Engineer, her hands are full juggling the demands of a full time job and three children as well as her passion for her beloved silvers. She is not showing as often as she would like, but does manage to escape for the weekend to a local show to show one of her beautiful babies. Email

Associate Member, Mix McGraw of 2M Silver Persians located in Aurora, Colorado. Mix bought his first Silver in 1998 and with his wife Patricia, enjoyed showing him successfully at all of the local shows. Their first silver is GP Scrimshaw Johnny Angel. Once the show bug bite, Mix and Patricia bought a few more silvers over the ensuing years and enventually enjoyed their first litters. As a contracting Engineer with Lockheed, his project drew to a close in 2004, so Pat and he have relocated from San Jose, California to Aurora Colorado where they have established a lovely new home and cattery and are enjoying showing their latest kittens. Mix is also a world class kite flyer with numerous records noted in the Guiness Book of Records. Pat and Mix design and build all of their kites and I believe Mix holds the world record for flying 250 kites all at the same time!! Email
