GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP: A Champion Cat must defeat 200 other Champions and earn 200 points to win the title Grand Champion. Also, a Champion cat must have at least one win of Best Champion, or Second Best Champion or Third best Champion or a final award of Best through Fifteenth Best Cat in either a CFA specialty or Allbreed final in order to qualify for the title of Grand Champion. A cat must first earn six Winners ribbons in class competition (same breed) to earn the title Champion and then be eligible to compete in Allbreed Championship. Six winners ribbons is fairly easy to win if there are no other competing cats of the same sex and color and the cat in question does not possess a major disqualifying fault; however it is difficult to earn the necessary 200 points required to win the title Grand Champion. NATIONAL WINNERS: The top 25 highest scoring All Breed cats and kittens in Championship, Premiership or Kitten Class earn the title National Winner (NW) Title Award.
REGIONAL WINNERS: The top 25 highest scoring All Breed cats and kittens in Championship, Premiership and Kitten Class within a given CFA designated region earn the title Regional Winner (RW) Award.
DIVISION WINNERS - INTERNATIONAL DIVISION AWARD: The top 15 highest scoring All Breed cats and kittens in Championship and/or Kitten Class and top 10 cats in Premiership residing in the CFA Internalional Region earn the title Division Winner (DW) Award.
BEST OF BREED WINNERS: The higest scoring cat in Championship of each Breed Division earn the title Breed Winner(BW). For example the highest scoring cat in the defined 'show year' (April 30th to April 30th of the following year) in the Silver and Golden Persian Division will earn the title BW. There is also a BW for each CFA approved Breed Division. For example there is a Solid Persian Divison and an Exotic Division and a Maincoon Division, and so on and so forth.

DISTIGUISHED MERIT AWARD: The title Distiguished Merit is the most coveted title a Cat can earn in CFA. To qualify for the award a female cat must have five qualifying off-spring that have attained the title Grand Champion and/or Grand Premier and/or Distinguished Merit. A male cat must sire 15 qualifying off-spring that have attained the title Grand Champion and/or Grand Premier and/or Distiguished Merit.
